Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rizz AI ("the App", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & age tiers

Rizz AI has two modes: a teen-safe "Confidence" mode (the default for all users) and an 18+ "Rizz" mode that unlocks additional content (e.g. the Spicy tone). To enter 18+ mode you must confirm your date of birth and accept these Terms — we record your date of birth, a timestamp, the Terms version you accepted, and your IP address as evidence of this attestation.

If you are under 18, you may only use the Confidence mode, and a parent/guardian acknowledgment may be required as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Credits — pay-as-you-go, not a subscription

Rizz AI runs on credits. You receive a free daily allowance of 30 credits that banks up to a cap of 400 credits (unused daily credits carry forward; the daily top-up pauses once your banked balance reaches the cap). You can buy additional credits in one-time, non-recurring purchases via Paystack. There is no subscription and you will never be auto-charged.

3. Content & conduct

The App generates conversational suggestions using an AI model. Spice levels go up to "Spicy" (suggestive) but the App will never generate sexually explicit content. You agree not to use the App to harass, impersonate, or target real people without consent, and not to attempt to bypass age-gating or content safeguards.

4. Screenshots & your data

If you upload or paste a screenshot for the Reply Generator, it is processed to generate your replies and is not stored after processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Account & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the credit/referral system, or attempt to circumvent age-gating. You can request account deletion at any time — see Support.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is". AI-generated suggestions are for entertainment and guidance only — use your judgment in real conversations. We are not liable for outcomes of conversations you have using suggestions from the App.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new Terms version, which may require re-acceptance for 18+ mode.
