Credits Policy
Rizz AI runs entirely on credits. This page explains how credits work, what they cost, and our refund posture.
1. Pay-as-you-go — not a subscription
Credits are bought in one-time, non-recurring purchases via Paystack. There is no subscription and you will never be auto-charged or surprise-billed. You only pay when you choose to top up.
2. Free daily credits
- Every account gets a free daily allowance of 30 credits, granted once per day (Africa/Lagos time).
- Unused free daily credits bank — they carry forward up to a cap of 400 credits. Once your banked free-daily balance hits 400 credits, the daily top-up pauses until you spend back below the cap.
- The 400-credit cap applies only to the free daily allowance. Signup bonuses, streak bonuses, referral bonuses, and credits you buy are not subject to this cap.
- New accounts get a 50-credit signup bonus.
- Reaching a 7-day login streak earns a 30-credit bonus.
- Referral bonuses (+50 credits to each side) are credited once the person you referred makes their first purchase.
3. Credits don't silently expire
Credits you've purchased or earned do not silently expire or get clawed back. (Free daily credits reset daily as described above — that's a daily allowance, not an expiry of paid credits.)
4. What actions cost
Credits are the only currency. You may see a "moves" figure on packs — that is a rough display estimate (10 credits ≈ 1 move) and not a fixed exchange rate. The actual credit cost of each action is shown before you spend:
- Reply Generator / Regenerate / Opener: 12 credits
- Rate My Chat: 5 credits
- Practice Simulator: 3 credits per AI reply
5. Permanent unlocks
Spice levels (Bold, Spicy) and Flavor personas can be unlocked permanently using credits — a one-time purchase, yours forever, no repeat charges. Bundles (Flavor Pack, Everything Pass) combine multiple unlocks at a discount. Spicy and Everything Pass additionally require 18+ age verification.
6. ₦ credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases via Paystack — not recurring. Bigger packs give more credits per naira. Current packs:
- ₦499 → 450 credits
- ₦849 → 800 credits
- ₦1,199 → 1,200 credits
- ₦1,999 → 2,200 credits (Most Popular)
- ₦3,999 → 4,800 credits
- ₦5,999 → 7,500 credits
- ₦9,999 → 13,500 credits (Best Value)
You can pay by card, bank transfer, USSD, or OPay. The largest single charge is ₦9,999. Prices and credit amounts are shown up front before you pay.
7. Refunds & payment issues
If a payment fails or is duplicated, our system is designed to credit your account exactly once per successful transaction. If you believe you were charged but did not receive credits, or you have another payment issue, contact Supportwith your payment reference and we'll investigate.
